Job Title: Chiropractic Patient Experience Coordinator

Location: Cumberland, WI & Rice Lake, WI 

Hours: 

Cumberland Hours: Mon & Wed: 2:30PM-5:30PM Thur 6:30AM-10AM & 2:30PM-5:30PM

Rice Lake: Monday& Wednesday: 8:30AM-12:00PM, Tuesday 6:30AM-10AM & 2:30PM-5:45PM

Rate:

PT: $22-$24/hr

Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Engagement:
    • Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
    • Assist in patient check-ins and appointments scheduling.
    • Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Manage front desk activities, including phone calls and inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
    • Assist with billing and patient account related tasks
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with chiropractors and support staff to enhance patient care.
    • Foster a team environment promoting collaboration and camaraderie.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall clinic goals.
  4. Passion for Chiropractic Wellness:
    • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for chiropractic principles and practices.
    • Educate patients about the benefits of chiropractic care and wellness.
  5. Customer Service:
    • Handle patient concerns or inquiries professionally and efficiently.
    • Strive to exceed patient expectations by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge or interest in chiropractic care and wellness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a sense of humor.
  • Very comfortable with children and the chaos they bring to life
